Welcome to Wireless Workspace, an Android application designed for secure, private, audio-based communication between a host and its users. This Privacy Policy explains how BigWall Pvt. Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our app.

By using the Wireless Workspace app, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and process the following information to operate and improve the service:

a. Account Information

- Username and password (provided by the admin).
- Users cannot sign up directly — credentials are shared by the admin through physical or private communication.
- Users can later change their password within the app.

b. Audio Data

- All live audio communication between hosts and users is recorded for security and verification purposes.
- Recordings are automatically deleted after 7 days and are not shared with any third parties.

c. Device and Usage Data

- Basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and usage patterns) is collected via Firebase Analytics for performance monitoring and debugging purposes.
- This data does not include any audio or personally identifiable communication content.

d. Microphone Access

- The microphone is only accessed when a logged-in user is participating in a session.
- It is not used, recorded, or monitored when the user is logged out or inactive.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

- To authenticate and manage user access.
- To enable and facilitate live audio communication.
- To record and securely store audio sessions for admin-only review.
- To analyze app performance and improve service reliability.
- To ensure compliance with legal and security requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

- Login credentials are securely stored in AWS MongoDB with encryption.
- Audio recordings are stored in AWS S3 (Mumbai region) with restricted access.
- All data transmitted between the app and servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
- We follow industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse of data.

5. Data Retention

- Audio recordings are retained for a maximum of 7 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
- Account data (username and credentials) is retained as long as the account remains active.
- Users can request deletion of their personal data by emailing admin@wirelesscloudwork.com.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- We do not sell, rent, or share personal data or recordings with third parties.
- Data may be accessed by the admin of BigWall Pvt. Ltd for verification, quality control, or security review only.
- We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your data.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request information about how your data is being used.

8. Children’s Privacy

This application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

All data is processed and stored within India (AWS Mumbai region). If you access the app from outside India, your data will still be handled according to this Privacy Policy.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updates will be posted in the app or on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
